Understanding the other side

Life is very interesting to see how we find it difficult to understand other people's cultures. I found that many of us have a challenge in relating ourselves to the life style that is unknown to us. For instance, any two people who grew from total different cultural life coming together find it hard to relate.How does people find this?, how one reltates him/herself to this. How can we come together and drive life in a join fair cross cultured manner?,I wonder if that is possible.

Its very interesting to see how our culture differ. Many people have different types of cultural values and somewhere down the line, we turn to cross into the wrong spot without knwoing that some other people are getting offended because of it conflicts with theirs. I learned other people's culture so that I can be able to relate easily with them.
Many people who find it difficult to understand other people's culture might have been standing in the wrong spot of view. Which one did you follow. We will take few steps to show many friends out there that there is many ways to understand and learn.
